Founded in 2017 by Rafael Moreno, Rub R Wall is a homeowner’s best friend—providing foundation waterproofing, basement waterproofing, and both residential and commercial waterproofing services with quality products and incredible service, right here in the Southeast.
Rub R Wall uses liquid rubberized waterproofing sealants to combat the moisture that seeps in through exterior walls, foundations, crawl spaces and basements. These sealants work by penetrating into and connecting with a surface’s pores and spaces, bonding to surfaces in two ways: through absorption (so they expand and contract according to surrounding surfaces), and via an industrial-strength seal that creates a tight-fitting shield between your walls and water damage.
The resulting membrane stays flexible yet waterproof, ensuring complete protection against mold, mildew, cracks, leaks, freezes and more. In addition, liquid rubberized waterproofing sealants are UV-resistant so they don’t break down over time. Plus, unlike most other types of caulking or sealing products on the market today, you can use them for both interior and exterior applications – including around windows, doors and baseboards – because their liquid form makes them easy to apply.
While many new homes are already waterproofed as part of the initial build, older homes can have significant issues with moisture. Our History
When Rafael Moreno came to the U.S. from Mexico City over thirty years ago, he came ready to work. Picking up jobs in construction and general labor, he was able to learn a number of trades in the construction industry. Over time, he focused his work in one area—rubberized waterproofing, and eventually started Rub R Wall as a solution for homeowners dealing with issues brought on by the humidity and moisture that comes with living in the Southeastern United States.
Today, Rafael and his team are one of the leading providers of waterproofing services in the Southeast, dedicated to helping homeowners maintain and protect their investment.
